HeartStart FR2 & FR2+ Defib Pads are spare or replacement pads suitable to use with HeartStart FR2 and HeartStart FR2+ defibrillators. The HeartStart FR2 & FR2+ are self adhesive and their soft, flexible and oval shape allows to perfectly stick to the patient's skin and deliver uniform distribution of the current on all the conductive surface of the pad. HeartStart FR2 & FR 2+ come complete with cable and connector and are easy to fit in the defibrillator.

Delivery
- This product is usually dispatched via Royalmail, parcelforce, Dx and delivery should be within 2 to 4 working days.
- £7.50 + VAT will be charged for all orders delivered to UK Mainland.
- £15.00 + VAT will be charged to deliver to Scottish Highlands
- £22.50 + VAT will be charged to deliver to Northern Ireland
- We dispatch the goods as quickly as possible, normally within 24 to 48 hours on working days, so that you receive your medical supplies promptly.

Return
- Non-Faulty Products: Notify us within 3 working days if unsatisfied. Return the product in original condition at your cost for a credit note.
- Damaged Products: Report within 3 working days. We’ll collect and offer a refund or exchange.
- Faulty Products: Inform us within 14 working days. We’ll collect and provide a refund or exchange.
- Non-Returnable Items: Single-use instruments, sterile items, custom orders, cold chain products, autoclaves, pharmaceuticals, and similar items cannot be returned unless due to a picking error.
